We take your privacy very seriously. We will only share the necessary information with the credit card processing company, which is a very secure process. We will never share, rent, or sell your information to other outside parties.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we will give you store credit in exchange. You will need to return the order to us in its original condition. Once we receive it, we will issue you the store credit.

Both of our online shops use PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) to make sure that it stays safe and secure.

We ship within 4 business days of receiving orders, unless other arrangements have been made. We ship almost everything USPS First Class to keep costs down for you. Since we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping, we recommend purchasing insurance. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would like to add insurance to your order. International orders are welcome, and ship using USPS First Class International mail. Please do not ask us to write any false information on customs forms. All duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Be aware that international orders often get held in customs and may take several weeks to arrive.
