Terms and Policies

Payment:
Both of our online shops use PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments. For information on how to pay for wholesale and custom services, please see their respective PDF’s.

Privacy Policy:
We take your privacy very seriously. We will only share
the necessary information with the credit card processing company, which is a very secure process. (See “Security” below.) We will never share, rent, or sell your information
to other outside parties.

Returns and Exchanges:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly give you store credit in exchange. You will need to return the order to us in its original condition. Once we receive it, we will issue you the store credit.

Security:
Both of our online shops use PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) to make sure that it stays out of the wrong hands.

Shipping for Non-Custom orders:
We ship within 4 business days of receiving orders.
We ship almost everything USPS first class to keep costs down for you. Calendars and frame mats ship priority.
All posters, calendars, frame mats, and prints ship flat. Since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping, we recommend purchasing insurance. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would
like to add insurance to your order. International orders

You may buy directly from our website, from Etsy, or
from one of the boutiques listed on our where to buy page.
